Return Policy:

By purchasing from Carolina Distribution you agree to the following terms:

Purchases made from this website are granted a thirty (30) day approval period from the date that the item ships.*

If you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may ship it back to our warehouse, in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. Returned items must be shipped back within ten days upon completing return request form. Items sent back after the ten day period will not be accepted for return. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Kindly note there are no returns on Didgeridoos and other Wind Instruments. Playing wind instruments requires the player to press their mouth against the instrument's opening. For health reasons, we do not accept returns on these items.

Please retain the shipping carton and all original packing materials. X8 Drums reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if items are not returned in their original packaging.

If you have an item to return, click the "Return Items" link from the order confirmation page. We will respond within 2 business days with an RMA.


How do I place my dropship orders (i.e. online/email)

When you have an order that needs to be drop shipped you will log on to CarolinaDistribution.com and order the item like you would on any other website. Put your customer's information in the Ship-To fields.


Do you ensure my company's information is on the packing slip/package?

All drop ships are sent blind. The packing slip in the box only includes the recipient's name, shipping address and item ordered. It does not contain any pricing information or other information.


Do you offer discounts on your products for dropshippers?

Once you completed your dealer application, you will have acess to the all products at retail price. When your account has been approved for wholesale pricing, you will receive an email notification stating that you can now log in to see the discounted price. If you do not hear from us within 5 business days, you account was not approved.


Do you charge sales tax or require my seller's permit?

We require tax exempt documentation before authorizing your account.


May I use your products images/descriptions on my website?




Shipping Methods:

There is no handling fee for dropship orders. Orders under $125 will be charged $9.99 for ground shipping. Orders over $125 will be charged 8% of the order total for ground shipping.




Product Availability:

Product availability is displayed on every product page just above the Add to Cart button.



Tracking your Shipment

We will send you an email containing the tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. To view the status of your order, click the "Account" link located at the top right corner of every page.




International Shipping

Need to ship internationally? Submit your request via our contact form and we'll reply with a custom quote that you can accept online.



Payment Methods:

We accept payment using the following: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal.




Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective please inform us using this form. Photos of both the damaged item and shipping materials are required. All claims for damage or defective products must be made in writing and within three (3) business days of receipt.

Please retain the shipping carton and all original packing materials. There will be a 20% restocking fee if items are not returned in their original packaging.

After you notify us, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for your return and replacement.




Prices, quantities, and availability of items on this website are subject to change. While we strive to provide a satisfying experience for all of our customers, if a listed item is sold, out of stock, differs or has changed in description, pricing, or attributes from what is listed on this website, we reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be filled accordingly. Of course, in the event that a problem such as this occurs, we will contact you via email right away and offer substitutions.

As a wholesale customer, it is your responsibility to maintain your resell pricing according to the latest pricing published on this website.



Product Photos & Descriptions:

Product photos and descriptions including color, shading, and measurements may differ in appearance than the actual product you receive. While we strive to accurately display the characteristics of every product we offer, many of our items are hand made instruments and can vary slightly in color, shading, size, and texture from the product photo and measurement descriptions on our site. If you're very specific on an exact color or precise dimensions it might be best to purchase locally.

As a wholesale customer, it is your responsibility to maintain product descriptions and photos according to the assets available on this website.
