Requirements: 
Each application is manually reviewed by our management team In general, we are approve established retail businesses with a storefront, services (drum circle facilitation, music therapy, entertainer, motivational speakers and professional musicians), groups (worship groups, community drum circles, long term care facilities) and one-off special orders for unique events (weddings, conferences, film and television productions). 

As an Authorized Dealer we can provide you with services such as:

Rapid Dropship Service

We specialize in drop shipping our products. The Carolina Distribution drop ship interface is easy to use, has clear pricing and displays live inventory status.

The drop ship program allows you to list every single product on your website without having to store anything at your warehouse. Once you make a sale, you simply log in to the Carolina Distribution Drop Ship interface and enter your order information. We'll ship the item(s) directly to your customer within 1 business day and provide you with shipment tracking details.

There is no handling fee for dropship orders. Orders under $125 will be charged $9.99 for ground shipping. Orders over $125 will be charged 8% of the order total for ground shipping.

Annual Account Review

In an effort to provide personalized service to each of our dealers, we review all dealer accounts annually. Our management team reserves the right to terminate accounts for any reason. Typical reasons include no interest in partnering with us to grow your business with our products (ie, regular check-ins, proof of promotion, etc.) or sales volume doesn’t support our administrative expense to maintain.

Return Policy

Purchases made from this website are granted a thirty (30) day approval period from the date that the item ships.*

If you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may ship it back to our warehouse, in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. Returned items must be shipped back within ten days upon completing return request form. Items sent back after the ten day period will not be accepted for return. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Kindly note there are no returns on Didgeridoos and other Wind Instruments. Playing wind instruments requires the player to press their mouth against the instrument's opening. For health reasons, we do not accept returns on these items.
